Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. All other products in our collections (coats & jackets, jeans, pants & shorts, shirts, and sportswear) are eligible for returns.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our Indianapolis-based team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (1218 Elk City Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our facility, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your exchange item has shipped (with tracking information)
  • Or your refund has been processed

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
