Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary based on destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. All other products (coats & jackets, jeans, pants & shorts, shirts, and sportswear) are eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item details (name, size/color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our Indianapolis-based team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address: 1218 Elk City Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:
- Your exchange item has shipped (with tracking information)
- Or your refund has been processed
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
- Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
